CLEARANCES

The Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board’s requirement of a NCCA Clearance prior to the issuance of a License-to-Sell is in compliance with Section 32 (k) of R.A. No. 10066, wherein the HLURB is required to coordinate with the commission on matters relevant to the maintenance of heritage zones. This is in connection with the pertinent provisions of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) Guide Book Volume No. 2 and Model Zoning Ordinance (MZO) on cultural heritage conservation (under special area studies) and Heritage Overlay Zones.
