NCCA is inviting all young Filipinos to participate in the following youth educational fora to be held in Russia from July to August 2015:

1. “Terra Scientia on Klyazma River” to be held in Vladimirskaya Division from July 13 to August 28, 2015; and,

2. “Forum Tavrida” to be held in the Republic of Crimea from July 2 to August 25, 2015
