Lantawan Socsksargen Film Festival is now accepting entries for SINE SOCSKSARGEN.(Inter-School Category) and SINE MINDANAW (Open Category)
Guidelines:
1. Sine Socksargen competition is open to high school and college students who are currently enrolled in any learning institution in SOCSKSARGEN (South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani Province and General Santos City) and Sine Mindanaw is open to filmmakers of Mindanao.
2. For Sine Socsksargen, Each school may submit up to three (3) entries duly certified and endorsed by an adviser or school administrator.
3. Only short narrative films will be accepted.
4. Works in progress are NOT eligible. Submitted entries must be finished and final.
5. Short films should have a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes only, including credits.
6. Dialogue should be in any Philippine language, and must have English subtitles.
7. An entry once selected can no longer be withdrawn from the competition by the filmmaker.
8. Due to copyright laws, the music used in the digital entries must be original, licensed, or in the public domain.
9. Members of the Organizing Committee including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the competition.
10. Entrant’s name, address, and the production’s title must be on each case and disc of the film screener copy.
A DVD copy of the film and entry must be submitted no later than November 10, 2015
11. The Festival shall be authorized to use excerpts of the film with a maximum of two minutes for promotions. Film entry must send the following by, and no later than, November 10, 2015:
Digital file of three (3) photo stills;
Digital file of poster;
Digital file (.mov or .avi) of the film entry.

12. To ensure the success of the Festival, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to change, amend, modify or repeal any of the foregoing rules and regulations if it is in the highest interest of the Festival.
13. Please submit a typed or clearly printed entry form. The Lantawan Socsksargen Film Festival is not responsible for incorrect wording in publications or on awards if the entry form is incorrect or illegible.
14. The decision of the Board of Judges is final.
