The National Library of the Philippines will be conducting the 4th International Conference on Children and Young Adult Librarianship with the theme “Engage, Enrich, Expand Access Towards the Development of a Reading Culture” happening on July 19 – 21, 2017 at the Villa Caceres Hotel, Magsaysay Ave., Naga City, Camarines Sur.
The conference seeks to highlight the importance of stakeholders engaging in information access and libraries as a vital means of developing a reading culture. It aims to bring together stakeholders and influence the decision-making process for the enrichment and expansion of access to information and advocate the important role of libraries for young adults.
