The Month of Overseas Filipinos (MOF) is a month-long celebration held every December which recognizes the significant contributions of overseas Filipinos to Philippine development. The NCCA is a member of the Inter-Agency Committee for the Celebration of Month of Overseas Filipinos and International Migrants Day.
