NCCA and National Library of the Philippines (NLP) officials signed the memorandum of agreement on the donation of publications—an upgrade of the culture and arts collections of Philippine public libraries.

The memorandum was signed by NCCA Executive Director Rico S. Pableo Jr. and Publications Coordinator May Tuazon; NLP Director IV Cesar Gilbert Q. Adriano and Collection Development Division Chief Susan J. Fetalco.

NCCA has been donating numerous titles to its affiliated member agencies, other government agencies, public schools and libraries, and even non-profit organizations per request. (Public Affairs and Information Section)
