The National Commission for Culture and the Arts is pleased to announce the 10 shortlisted entries of Rizal@160 Tularawan Digital Art Contest for Overseas Filipino Youth, which ran from 19 June to 12 November 2021, with the theme Digital Art inspired by Jose Rizal’s poetry:
