“Freedom and Love Philippines” is a group exhibition by local artists Pancho Piano, Roy Espinosa, Franklin Caña, Des Inosanto, Khristina Manansala, Angelie Banaag, Lloyd Lusica, and Vanessa J. Tan Gana as well as international artists such as Abu Jalal Sarimon from Singapore, Rajesh K. Yadav from India, Roshan Padhan from Nepal, Dang Tuan from Vietnam, Hsiao Chua-Sheng from Taiwan, and Yam Pengiran Anak Hamlatul from Brunei. The exhibition is on display from November 08 – 30 2022 at the NCCA Gallery. The Freedom and Love International Art Group in cooperation with Filipinas Institute for the Advancement of Arts and Culture, Incorporated (FILARTS) and under the auspices of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) presents the Freedom and Love Philippines Art Exhibition (second edition). Fourteen visual artists from the Philippines, Singapore, India, Nepal, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Brunei bring to Manila their own brand of artistic concepts, styles and techniques showcasing the uniqueness of their culture as they represent their nation. As the title of the exhibition suggests, each of these accomplished individuals demonstrated the freedom in expressing ideas that propel them to create exceptional works of art with outmost dedication to their craft. Participating visual artists from the Philippines include Pancho Piano, Roy Espinosa, Franklin Caña, Des Inosanto, Khristina Manansala, Angelie Banaag, Lloyd Lusica,and Vanessa J. Tan Gana. International visual artists include Abu Jalal Sarimon from Singapore, Rajesh K. Yadav from India, Roshan Padhan from Nepal, Dang Tuan from Vietnam, Hsiao Chua-Sheng from Taiwan, and Yam Pengiran Anak Hamlatul from Brunei. They are all united in promoting to the audience the universal language of art through this art exhibit collaboration and intercultural exchange. “Freedom and Love Philippines” will be held from November 8 to 30, 2022 at the NCCA Gallery, NCCA Building 633 General Luna Street, Intramuros, Manila. Vaccination cards shall be checked. Unvaccinated minors will be allowed to enter but must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated individual.
