  1. Proposals may be submitted in any of the Philippine languages.
  2. Please make sure that proposal packets for the chosen category will contain all the required documents.
    All proposal packets must include the following:

    • Project Proposal Form (GDOC)
    • Eligibility documents as stated in the chosen category (see Research Guidelines for more details)
    • Research Proposal Form (http://bit.ly/NCCAResearchProposalForm)
    • Certificate of Accreditation from AGPO. (For accreditation procedures click here)
      • Please note that proposal packets should include all the necessary documents listed in the chosen category found in the Research Guidelines

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 

  1. When is the deadline for the submission of proposals? The deadline for submissions is on SEPTEMBER 30, 2024, until 11:59 PM.
  2. Who is allowed to participate in the Research Grants? The proponent must meet the criteria described in their chosen category. For Organizations interested, they must be non-stock, non-profit, and may be a PO or CSO with the capability to show proof of eligibility to receive and handle public funds. For more details, please read the Research Guidelines linked below.
  3. What should I include in my proposal packet? See REMINDER No.2
  4. Where can I submit my proposal packet and in what format? See REMINDER No. 3
  5. How will I know if my proposal was received? The Project Officer in-charge will send an acknowledgment receipt via email to all proponents who submitted their packets and once received by the secretariat.
  6. When will I know the results of the Research Grants? All proposals received will undergo three levels of evaluation including a blind vetting process and a final approval from the NCCA Board. No set date for the final results is provided but, the Project Officer in charge will be notifying the applicants if they pass the evaluation process.
