The NCCA is inviting all Filipino artistic groups to join the 9th Delhi International Arts Festival (DIAF) to be held from October 17 to November 1, 2015 in New Delhi, India.

Interested applicants may submit their group’s profile, portfolio and demo CD/DVD to the NCCA International Affairs Office on or before August 30, 2015. Please note that applications are subject to evaluation/selection and our onward transmittal/endorsement to the DFA.

Travel expenses of one selected artistic group with a maximum of 5 members will be covered by the NCCA, while presentational costs and accommodation will be covered by DIAF.
