a. Community Festival on Traditional Art Forms
A grant providing partial assistance to festivals that are rooted in the traditions and practices of the cultural community. Activities should include transfer of indigenous knowledge and preservation of cultural practices to improve the level of public awareness and appreciation of traditional culture and arts.
Qualification of the Proponent: Must be implemented by the cultural community, through IPO, NGO/Community Councils. In case the community seeks the assistance of an organization in implementing the project, there must be a written resolution/endorsement from the community elders and leaders.
Requirements for submission: (1) Complete the Proponent Eligibility Requirements (contact NCCA Eligibility & Grant Processing Unit at 527-2192 loc 510); (2) Complete project proposal with detailed line-item budget, list and details of activities, work and financial plan, duly signed by the Proponent on each proposal page; (3) endorsement from the community elders and ; 4.profile of participants.
Criteria for evaluation of the proposals: (1) Compliance of the Proponent Eligibility Requirements; (2) must be rooted in the traditions;

b. Training / Seminars / Workshops on Traditional Practices such as Disaster preparedness and management, Healing and Medicine, Health and Wellness, Food Handling and Preservation, etc.
Qualification of the Proponent: Proponent’s capacity to link with the LGUs Module must be in line with the LGU’s annual investment plan and must integrate the value system of the community Promotes sense of pride of place and conserves Capacity to sustain the project promotion of the art form (participation in trade fair, events)
Requirements for submission: (1) Complete the Proponent Eligibility Requirements (contact NCCA Eligibility & Grant Processing Unit at 527-2192 loc 510); (2) Complete project proposal with detailed line-item budget, list and details of activities, topics to be discussed, number and profile of participants / resource persons, training modules, favorable response by the LGUs concerned (at least 2 written manifestation, EO, Resolution, et.al)
Criteria for evaluation of the proposals: (1) Compliance of the Proponent Eligibility Requirements; (2)Priority should be given to areas such as Romblon, Mindoro, Palawan, Bohol, Leyte, Samar, Biliran, Aklan, capiz, Iloilo, Antique, Guimaras, Negros Occidental, Cebu, Quezon, Laguna

c. Development and Management of Indigenous Tourism Zones / Sites
This program aims in the realization of Culture as pillar of sustainable development (3 pillars of development: social; economic; and environment).
Requirements for submission: (1) Complete the Proponent Eligibility Requirements (contact NCCA Eligibility & Grant Processing Unit at 527-2192 loc 510); (2) Complete project proposal with detailed line-item budget, list and details of activities, topics to be discussed, number and profile of participants / resource persons, training modules.
Qualification of the Proponent: Existence of Tourism Development Plan, Capability of the Community to manage the project, presence of potential tourism products
Criteria for evaluation of the proposals: (1) Compliance of the Proponent Eligibility Requirements; (2) Priority should be given to areas such as Capiz, Romblon, Bohol, Mindoro, Iloilo, Samar
Budget per project: P 300,000.00

d. Schools of Living Traditions (Phase II and III only)
A program which aim to strengthen the creative enterprises of cultural communities towards economic sustainability.
Requirements for submission. (1) Complete the Proponent Eligibility Requirements (contact NCCA Eligibility & Grant Processing Unit at 527-2192 loc 510); (2) Complete project proposal with detailed line-item budget, training modules, List and profile of students and cultural masters, Sample/ photograph of finished product, Detailed schedule of classes,Profile of organizer and collaborating parties, work and financial plan, duly signed by the Proponent on each proposal page; and (3) endorsement from the community elders.
Qualification of the Proponent: Proponent’s capacity to link with the LGUs. Module must be in line with the LGU’s annual investment plan and must integrate the value system of the community.
