Signed architectural plans (for actual intervention proposed projects); 5. Concurrence from the Diocese/Archdiocese on the project; 6. Approval from the assigned cultural agency
Criteria for evaluation of the proposals: Conservation Management Plan, as output of the project, should be a helpful guide for the church stakeholders in their conservation works and planning including identification of their annual plan priorities.

Criteria for evaluation of the proposals: Project aims to develop and improve the labor market of young Filipino men and women with low economic means particularly to jobs related to cultural heritage through the creation of a technical-vocational school-workshop employing a methodology based on the “learn while doing” theory practice system, a fundamental strategy to guarantee an effective application of the acquired theoretical knowledge, as well as to achieve better accesses to employment upon completion of the formation.
