Qualification of the Proponent: indigenous peoples’ organizations, non-government organizations with track record, based in the community
Requirements for submission: (1) Complete the Proponent Eligibility Requirements (contact NCCA Eligibility & Grant Processing Unit at 527-2192 loc 510); (2) Complete project proposal with detailed line-item budget, list and details of activities, work and financial plan, duly signed by the Proponent on each proposal page; (3) Program/ schedule of activities/ coverage/ topics (4) List and profile of speakers, resource persons and/ or facilitators and participants (5) Criteria and method of selection of participants (6) Evaluation form/ instrument to obtain participant feedback
Criteria for evaluation of the proposals: (1) Compliance of the Proponent Eligibility Requirements and supporting documents; (2) Ethnic groups in Cordillera must be represented in the Congress

b. Traditional Community Festival
A grant providing partial assistance to festivals that are rooted in the traditions and practices of the cultural community. Activities should include transfer of indigenous knowledge and preservation of cultural practices to improve the level of public awareness and appreciation of traditional culture and arts.
Qualification of the Proponent: Must be implemented by the cultural community, through IPO, NGO/Community Councils. In case the community seeks the assistance of an organization in implementing the project, there must be a written resolution/endorsement from the community elders and leaders.
Requirements for submission: (1) Complete the Proponent Eligibility Requirements (contact NCCA Eligibility & Grant Processing Unit at 527-2192 loc 510); (2) Complete project proposal with detailed line-item budget, list and details of activities, work and financial plan, duly signed by the Proponent on each proposal page; (3) endorsement from the community elders and profile of participants.
Criteria for evaluation of the proposals: (1) Compliance of the Proponent Eligibility Requirements and supporting documents; (2) must be rooted in traditions preferably initiated by the cultural community (3) Priority should be given to areas such Pangasinan, Cagayan, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Abra, Apayao, Benguet, Ifugao, Kalinga, Mountain Province

c. Seminar/Workshop on Traditional Crafts / Skills Training
The project aims to inculcate the importance of the traditional culture and transmit knowledge, skills, attitude and values on traditional crafts and performing arts that will provide additional sources of income to the indigenous cultural communities in CAR, Region 1, 2 and 3.
Qualification of the Proponent: LGUs, indigenous peoples’ organizations, non-government organizations with track record, based in the community
Requirements for submission: (1) Complete the Proponent Eligibility ` Requirements (contact NCCA Eligibility & Grant Processing Unit at 527-2192 loc 510); (2) Complete project proposal with detailed line-item budget, list and details of activities, topics to be discussed, List and profile of speakers, resource persons and/or facilitators/ cultural masters, participants, work and financial plan, duly signed by the Proponent on each proposal page; (3) Description/ syllabus of training module/s, and 4. endorsement from the community elders.
Criteria for evaluation of the proposals: (1) Compliance of the Proponent Eligibility Requirements and supporting documents; (2) Should have direct benefit to the concerned cultural community particularly to their livelihood

d. Schools of Living Traditions (Phase II and III only)
This program aims to continue the transfer traditional knowledge such as Traditional Performing Arts, Crafts and Oral Literature. The program also aims to strengthen the creative enterprises of cultural communities towards economic sustainability.
