a. Traditional Community Festival 

A grant providing partial assistance to festivals that are rooted in the traditions and practices of the cultural community. Activities should include transfer of indigenous knowledge and preservation of cultural practices toimprove the level of public awareness and appreciation of traditional culture and arts. 

Qualification of the Proponent: Must be implemented by the cultural community, through IPO, NGO/Community Councils. In case the community seeks the assistance of an organization in implementing the project, there must be a written resolution/endorsement from the community elders and leaders.

Requirements for submission: (1) Complete the Proponent Eligibility Requirements (contact NCCA Eligibility & Grant Processing Unit at 527-2192 loc 510); (2) Complete project proposal with detailed line-item budget, list and details of activities, work and financial plan, duly signed by the Proponent on each proposal page; (3) endorsement from the community elders and ; 4.profile of participants.
Criteria for evaluation of the proposals: (1) Compliance of the Proponent Eligibility Requirements; (2) must be rooted in the traditions;

b. Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity Program

2.a Forum on Cultural awareness/ cultural sensitivity designed for the local government personnel as an advocacy for sustaining peace in Mindanao.

Qualification of the Proponent: Must be implemented by the cultural community, through   IPO,  NGO/Community Councils with LGU personnel as participants.

Requirements for submission: (1) Complete the Proponent Eligibility Requirements (contact NCCA Eligibility & Grant Processing Unit at 527-2192 loc 510); (2) Complete project proposal with detailed line-item budget, list and details of activities, topics to be discussed, List and profile of speakers, resource persons and/or facilitators/ cultural masters, participants, work and financial plan, duly signed by the Proponent on each proposal page; (3) Description/ syllabus of training module/s, and 4. endorsement from the community elders.

Criteria for evaluation of the proposals: (1) Compliance of the Proponent Eligibility Requirements; (2)Priority should be given to areas such as Bukidnon, ZamboSur, Misamis Occidental, Agusan Del Norte, Surigao del Sur and Norte, davao del Sur, Isabela City, Basilan

2.c Forum/Workshop on Traditional Justice System

This program aims in the realization of culture as a pillar of peace, harmony, and development through a concerted effort of creating social awareness among the stakeholders in the community.  Specifically, the program aims to promote the importance of traditional method of conflict resolution among the participants.

Requirements for submission: (1) Complete the Proponent Eligibility Requirements (contact NCCA Eligibility & Grant Processing Unit at 527-2192 loc 510); (2) Complete project proposal with detailed line-item budget, list and details of activities, topics to be discussed, List and profile of speakers, resource persons and/or facilitators/ cultural masters, participants, work and financial plan, duly signed by the Proponent on each proposal page; (3) Description/ syllabus of training module/s, and 4. endorsement from the community elders.

A program which aim to strengthen the creative enterprises of cultural communities towards economic sustainability.
