1. Art workshop with Competition and Exhibition

Qualification of the Proponent: Capability and track record of an Organization and or Institution to conduct a training/workshop.

Requirements for submission: (1) Complete the Proponent Eligibility Requirements (contact NCCA Eligibility & Grant Processing Unit at 527-2192 loc 510); (2) Complete project proposal with detailed line-item budget, schedule of activities, work and financial plan, duly signed by the Proponent on each proposal page; (3) Detailed training module, seminar or workshop design; (4) Profile of resource persons/trainers; (5) Profile of participants

Criteria for evaluation of the proposals: (1) Compliance of the Proponent with Eligibility Requirements; (2) Training must include developmental phase of the workshop w/c would enhance participants’ cognitive, psychomotor and affective levels, on Philippine Visual Arts (Art Appreciation, Cultural Education, etc);culminate in an output/exhibition in every phase and enhancement of organizational skills of implementers.

  1. Seminar Workshop/Skills Development on Creative Industry

Criteria for evaluation of the proposals: (1) Compliance of the Proponent with Eligibility Requirements; (2) Training of constituents of the LGUs in creative and production skills towards the practice of different media in the Visual Arts and design. Paying attention to livelihood concerns and highlighting OTOP (one town, one product) LVM. Engagement of local artists who have already touched-base with NCVA in its previous initiatives in the implementation of the workshop

  1. Production Grant (mural, wall painting, installation art, sculpture)

Qualification of the Proponent: Capability and track record of the artists/art group

Requirements for submission: (1) Complete the Proponent Eligibility Requirements (contact NCCA Eligibility & Grant Processing Unit at 527-2192 loc 510); (2) Complete project proposal with detailed line-item budget, schedule of activities, work and financial plan, duly signed by the Proponent on each proposal page; (3) Concept/Abstract of art work; (4) Profile of artists/creative team; (5) Study/Sketch of proposed work;

Criteria for evaluation of the proposals: (1) Compliance of the Proponent with Eligibility Requirements; Theproduction must use street art as a medium so as to expose the urban dwellers to the basic Filipino art design. Indigenous and  traditional art should be the main content of the artwork. Proponent should partner with institutions and corporations such as MMDA, CHED, DepEd, NHCP, NMP, LGU and the like (open to all). Information dissemination mechanism and documentation should be part of the proposal. (LVM). Proponent should come from identified priority areas (see DBM list).

  1. Production Grant for Individual (Painting)

Qualification of the Proponent: Track record of the artist

Requirements for Submission: (1) Complete the Proponent Eligibility Requirements (contact NCCA Eligibility & Grant Processing Unit at 527-2192 loc 510); (2) Complete project proposal with detailed line-item budget, schedule of activities, work and financial plan, duly signed by the Proponent on each proposal page; (3) Artist/s Profile and Individual Portfolio; (4) Concept of artwork/ abstract; (5) Study/ Sketch of proposed work

Criteria for evaluation of the proposals: (1) Compliance of the Proponent with Eligibility Requirements; Amateur artists (up and coming, no solo show yet). Proponent must come from identified  regions with High Poverty Incidence and High Disaster Magnitude (DBM List). Information dissemination mechanism and documentation should be part of the proposal.

  1. Competition on Celebrating Filipino Spirit (Graphic Design, Photography, New Media Art,

Animation, Comics, Printmaking or Industrial Design)

Qualification of the Proponent: Capability and track record of the organization/institution to hold an art competition

Requirements for submission: (1) Complete the Proponent Eligibility Requirements (contact NCCA Eligibility & Grant Processing Unit at 527-2192 loc 510); (2) Complete project proposal with detailed line-item budget, schedule of activities, work and financial plan, duly signed by the Proponent on each proposal page; (3) Mechanics, Guidelines and Criteria of the Competition; (4) Profile of the Judges;

Criteria for evaluation of the proposals: (1) Compliance of the Proponent Eligibility Requirements; (2) Participation of a large number of contestants in a national competition that will contribute to the development, promotion and conservation of Filipino cultural and artistic heritage; (3) to include workshop, community immersion, catalogue.
