Pursuant to Commission on Audit (COA) Circular No. 2007-001, indigenous peoples’ groups, and individuals applying for the NCCA Grants Program are required to submit the following requirements prior to the evaluation of their proposal to determine their eligibility:
INDIGENOUS PEOPLE’S GROUP (CULTURAL COMMUNITIES) IPOs
- Organization Profile & Record of Accomplishments
- List of Current Officers
- Sworn Affidavit of the Organization Secretary that none of the organizers or officials is an agent of or related by consanguinity or affinity up to the fourth civil degree to the officials of the NCCA
- At least 2 Certifications from any of the following: Local Government Units, National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP), National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF), other national cultural agencies, academic institutions or NCCA Executive Council Members
- Sample of Acknowledgement Receipt, signed by the Head and Treasurer
- Bank Account Name of the organization. In the absence of such, a resolution signed by all the officers of the IPO, authorizing the president or the treasurer of the organization to receive the grant through his bank account, in behalf of the organization.
