The 27th Edition of Cantapueblo Choral Festival of America will take place in Argentina on November 3-7, 2015 The Cantapueblo is a yearly, non-competitive choral festival that started in 1989. It aims to promote friendship among countries through choral group performances. The event is supported by the Argentine Secretariat of Culture, Argentine Secretariat of Tourism, Ministry of Culture of Mendoza and the Honorable Legislature of Mendoza. The NCCA will nominate one choral group to represent the Philipines in the said festival. Groups with support from their respective LGU, school/ host institution are encouraged to apply. Interested applicants must submit their group’s profile and demo CD/DVD to the NCCA International Affairs Office on or before June 30, 2015. Please note that applications are subject to NCCA’s evaluation/selection and onward transmittal/endorsement to the DFA.
