The SINE MABUHAY CLUB (SMC) was initiated by Mabuhay Restop, Nestor Torre, Doy del Mundo, and Albert Almendralejo. Its mission is to promote Philippine independent films by providing easy and regular access to the general public at Mabuhay Restop and related partners like the COMET e-jeep*. The SMC also seeks to encourage Filipino artistic expression through film and help the public gain a greater appreciation of Filipino artistry.
*SINE MABUHAY CLUB members may submit their short films for showing at the new COMET e-jeeps currently plying the SM-North to Katipunan route (via Luzon Avenue). What an excellent opportunity to gain audiences for aspiring filmmakers!
