The Government of Chile through the Chilean Embassy in Manila is inviting participants to an Art Contest organized by the Municipality of La Reina and Ministry of Interior.
The contest’s theme is “Del Dolor a la Esperanza la Memoria nos Guia Siempre por la Dignidad, por el Respeto y la Vida” (From Pain to Hope, Memory Guides us AlwaysTowards Dignity, Towards Respect and Life) in commemoration of the victims of the Lautaro DINA Headquarters. The deadline for the submission of proposals is on 13 March 2015.
