QUALITY POLICY

The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) is the prime government agency committed to conserve, safeguard, develop and promote Philippine culture and arts through effective formulation of policies and administration of the National Endowment Fund for Culture and the Arts (NEFCA) in coordination with affiliated agencies.

In pursuit of the foregoing, the NCCA commits to:

  • Develop and enhance policies, programs and processes responsive to the current and future needs of the culture and arts community;
  • Ensure the conservation and safeguarding of cultural properties through efficient implementation of regulatory processes;
  • Optimize use of technology and develop the competency and capability of its personnel; and
  • Continually improve the management system through adherence to applicable laws and standards
