The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) is now accepting membership applications for the 19 National Committees (NCs) under the Subcommissions on the Arts, Cultural Communities and Traditional Arts, Cultural Dissemination and Cultural Heritage for the term January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028. The deadline of submission of Membership Application is on September 15, 2025, 11:59 PM (PST).

Interested applicants must accomplish the Membership Application Form and ensure compliance with the requirements based on the NCCA Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) [Please refer to Annex A]. The review and evaluation of all the applications will be carried out by the NCCA Secretariat and the incumbent Executive Council Members of the respective NCs as defined by their respective Membership Guidelines, Composition and Election Rules / Procedures [Annex B]. All applicants will be notified of the status of their application prior to the conduct of elections of the concerned NCs. Please note that no person may be a member of more than one National Committee.
